(Pogona Henrylawsoni)

Background:

Here are some of my Black soil Beardies or Henrylawson Beardies. These guys are a smaller beardie. They are reasonably tolerant of handling and can get very fat if fed too much. They are reasonably cheap and when small display nice oranges but I have never seen an adult with this colouration. I have not bred these guys yet but am hoping to breed them this year.

Age:

I have only had mine for about 2 years some I'm unsure on how long they can actually live for.

Housing:

I maintain 4 adults in a 90cm longx60cmx60cm however they do not climb very often and you would be able to get away with them in a smaller tank. I have not bred these guys yet but am hoping to breed them this year.

Diet:

These guys can handle a high vege diet (similar to a central beardie) however mine get most insects. I feed mine on woodies, beetles, grasshoppers, moths and mealworms.
